Problems With A Product?

We guarantee our products are free from manufacturing defects. If there is one found, please send us an email and include pictures and a detailed description so we can do our best to get your problem resolved as fast as we can.


All of our products have a 1-year warranty minimum.

Leather wears out at different rates depending on use and circumstance. For that reason, after 1 year we offer replacement slabs for the Blunt Force Trauma line-up.

Our Kydex holsters have a Limited-Lifetime warranty on the shell and hardware. If you have a problem with a shell or holster, shoot us an email and send it to us with your personal and holster information at:

Order Or Receive Wrong Product?

Due to the vast amount of model line changes in firearms, lights, lasers, ect please provide us with all information necessary to get you the product you want and deserve. With that, sometimes mistakes happen on your side or ours concerning fitment. We want to help you reguardless. If you have ordered the wrong fitment or size belt or holster, you can ship it back to us for an exact exchange free of charge. If you would like a refund, you will still be liable for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee.

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Please do not send a product back without communicating first or it can cause unnecessary delays.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
