Custom Products

All custom products, including one-off belts, hybrid belts, holsters for lights, lasers, or suppressed handguns, are generally non-returnable. Each product is crafted according to your specifications, measurements, and preferences. Because of the individualized production process, returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom items unless there is a documented defect or error in production.

Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not built according to the specifications you provided, please contact us immediately. Defective or damaged items may be eligible for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. To request a resolution, customers should provide:

  • Order details and proof of purchase
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • A description of the issue with the product

Lenwood Enterprises will review the request and respond promptly to approve a replacement or refund if warranted. Resolution will be provided in accordance with our production and shipping policies.

Incorrect Orders

In rare cases where an order is incorrectly manufactured or shipped, customers must notify Lenwood Enterprises within a reasonable timeframe. Approved corrections may result in a replacement or, in limited cases, a refund. Products must be returned in their original condition unless damaged during shipping or production.

Return Process

Before returning any item for a defect or error, customers must contact Lenwood Enterprises to obtain authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds do not include shipping or handling fees unless the refund is due to an error on our part. Lenwood Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or shipping carriers.

Cancellations may be accepted prior to production at the discretion of the business. Orders that have already begun production are subject to non-refundable fees.
